We roast each bean in our espresso blend separately to its optimum roast level, then blend to our specifications. Not too dark, not too light, this blend resides in the “sweet spot” of the roast. Smooth and sippable as a straight shot, or standing tall in the face of lattes and cappuccinos. It drips like honey upon extraction and has a body to match. Why have two espresso’s when you can have one that pulls double duty?

As far as espresso goes, we consider this one a medium espresso roast.
