Description
This African coffee has the slightest note of citrus, specifically lemon. It is honestly one of our favorite coffees. Bold in flavor, yet remarkably smooth and clean. This is a familiar old friend we usually just call "Yirgy.".
Roast:
We keep this one to the light side of medium, just dark enough to sweeten it up a bit but staying well clear of the point it loses its distinct flavor.
